Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to introduce myself and share my story with you. I traveled to New Orleans many years ago to see Robert Plant in concert. He was playing at the Jazz & Heritage Festival, so off I went! What a fabulous fest! From the fantastic music, flavorful cuisine, the spirited culture, to the vibrant streets, I fell in love with everything the city had to offer.

I wanted to bring this magic to the Midwest so that’s why I decided to serve the flavors of New Orleans. Come visit my mobile kitchen and you’ll experience New Orleans food and music! I have created a menu with truly a taste of New Orleans with jambalaya, gumbo, maque choux, red beans & rice, and po’boys.

My mobile kitchen takes to the road May thru October, bringing the tantalizing taste of New Orleans to many events around the area. But my love for cooking doesn't stop there, I also provide catering services throughout the year.
