Hello everyone! I’m thrilled to introduce myself and share my story with you. I traveled to New Orleans many years ago to see Robert Plant in concert. He was playing at the Jazz & Heritage Festival, so off I went! What a fabulous fest! From the music, to the cuisine, and the spirited culture, I fell in love with everything the city had to offer.

I wanted to bring this magic to the Midwest so that’s why I decided to serve the flavors of New Orleans. Come visit my mobile kitchen and you’ll experience New Orleans food and music! I have created a menu with truly a taste of New Orleans with jambalaya, gumbo, po’boys, and more!
